Terms and Conditions – xhwide Gaming Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing xhwide at xhwide.org, creating an account, making a deposit or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. These terms apply to all users of the xhwide platform, including visitors, registered players and bonus recipients.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use xhwide and should not register an account. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions apply alongside the xhwide Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming guidelines and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform. In the event of a conflict, these Terms and Conditions take precedence unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

To register and use xhwide, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You must be accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on xhwide or under any active self-exclusion agreement with the platform.

xhwide reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. If a player cannot confirm their age when requested, the account will be restricted until verification is completed. Any winnings accrued during an unverified period may be withheld pending successful verification.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account on xhwide. Duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, email address, phone number, payment method or device — are not permitted. If duplicate accounts are identified, xhwide reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any pending withdrawals.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your legal name, valid contact details and date of birth. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these terms and may result in permanent account closure.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. xhwide will never ask for your password via email, chat or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact xhwide support immediately.

• One account per person, per household, per device and per payment method.
• All registration details must be accurate and verifiable.
• Account credentials are personal and non-transferable.
• xhwide may require identity verification before processing withdrawals or large deposits.

4 Deposits & Payments

All transactions on xhwide are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). xhwide supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and debit cards. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts or cards that belong to you. Third-party deposits — where someone else's payment account is used to fund your xhwide wallet — are not permitted. If a third-party payment is detected, the deposit may be reversed and the account reviewed.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of deposit. xhwide reserves the right to set deposit limits at the account level for responsible gaming purposes. Deposits are non-refundable once credited to your xhwide wallet and used in gameplay.

• Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited instantly.
• Bank transfer timelines depend on your bank's processing schedule.
• xhwide does not charge a deposit fee for mobile wallet transactions.

5 Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of their available balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section and the xhwide Withdrawal page. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible.

Before a withdrawal is processed, xhwide may require identity verification. This is a standard anti-fraud and account security measure. Players are encouraged to complete verification proactively to avoid delays when withdrawing.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts are set per payment method and displayed at withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may take longer during high-volume periods or when additional verification is required.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn — see Section 6.
• xhwide reserves the right to delay or review withdrawals where fraud or account irregularities are suspected.
• Withdrawals of winnings from free spins or bonus rounds are subject to maximum withdrawal caps stated in the relevant promotion terms.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

xhwide offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and other time-limited promotions. Full details of each active promotion are available on the Promotions page.

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. A wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the promotion) must be wagered before the bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion terms.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are used after the real-money balance is depleted.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless stated otherwise in the promotion.
• Bonuses have an expiry period — unused bonus funds are forfeited after expiry.
• xhwide reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel a promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Bonus abuse — including multi-accounting, pattern betting or any coordinated strategy to exploit bonus terms — will result in account action including bonus forfeiture and potential closure.
• Free spins have a per-spin value and any winnings may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap.

7 Gaming Rules

All casino games on xhwide — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, fish games, bingo and other formats — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game. It is the player's responsibility to read and understand the rules of each game before placing a bet.

xhwide casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software for non-live titles. RNG outcomes are independent of previous rounds and cannot be influenced by the platform, the player or any external party. Live dealer games use physical equipment operated by trained dealers in professional studios.

• Game outcomes are final once a round is settled. Results cannot be reversed or adjusted.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round may be voided and the bet returned to the player's wallet.
• xhwide is not responsible for losses incurred due to player misunderstanding of game rules.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and are displayed within the game interface.
• xhwide reserves the right to limit bet sizes on any account at its discretion.

8 Sports Betting

xhwide's sports betting section covers Cricket — including Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures, T20 internationals, domestic tournaments and bilateral series — alongside Football, Esports and other major sports. Odds are updated in real time and are subject to change before a bet is confirmed.

Once a bet is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Pre-match bets are settled after the relevant event concludes. In-play bets are settled immediately once the relevant market is determined during live play.

• All bets are placed in PKR and settled in PKR.
• Odds are displayed as decimal odds. The potential payout shown at bet placement is indicative and subject to final settlement.
• If a match is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets may be voided and stakes returned depending on the specific market rules displayed at the time of betting.
• xhwide reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result was already known at the time of placement.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per day apply and are displayed in the betting section.
• PSL and international cricket betting markets include match winner, top batsman, total runs, over/under and other available markets as listed at the time of the event.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on xhwide. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and reporting to relevant authorities where required.

• Multi-accounting: Creating more than one account under any identity or using another person's account.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, unauthorised or disputed payment methods to fund an account.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonus terms through coordinated betting, pattern play, multi-account collusion or any strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay intent.
• Match fixing or insider information: Placing bets using knowledge of a predetermined or manipulated outcome.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile wallet provider after funds have been used in gameplay.
• Automation: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any automated system to interact with xhwide games or betting markets.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in live games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Underage play: Registering or playing on behalf of a person under the age of 18.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

xhwide reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account action include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification when requested.
• Suspicious deposit or withdrawal activity flagged by our payments team.
• Use of VPN, proxy or other tools to mask location or identity.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for an extended period may be placed in a dormant state.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will be notified via your registered email or contact method. Where a suspension results in a balance being held, xhwide will communicate the timeline and conditions for release or return of funds where applicable.

Players may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting xhwide support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of a player-requested closure will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard verification and withdrawal conditions.

11 Responsible Gaming

xhwide is a platform for adult entertainment. Online gaming carries a financial risk and is not a reliable source of income. The outcomes of casino games and sporting events are not predictable, and no strategy or system guarantees a profit over time.

13 Platform Availability

xhwide aims to maintain platform availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, the platform may occasionally be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical issues, third-party service outages or circumstances outside xhwide's control.

xhwide will endeavour to notify players of planned maintenance windows in advance where possible. During maintenance, deposits, withdrawals and gameplay may be temporarily unavailable.

• xhwide is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime or interruption of service.
• If a game round is interrupted by a technical fault, the round may be voided and the bet stake returned.
• Mobile browser performance depends on your device, network carrier and internet connection quality, which are outside xhwide's control.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted, xhwide's liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform is limited to the balance held in that player's xhwide wallet at the time of the relevant event. xhwide is not liable for:

• Indirect, consequential or incidental losses of any kind arising from gameplay or platform use.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to read game rules, bet terms or promotion conditions.
• Financial loss resulting from a player's own decision-making during gameplay or sports betting.
• Third-party service failures including payment processing delays outside xhwide's direct control.
• Losses caused by unauthorised access to a player's account where the breach resulted from the player sharing their credentials.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits xhwide's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

15 Changes to Terms and Conditions

xhwide reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, xhwide will notify registered players via their registered email address or through a notice displayed on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the xhwide platform after the effective date of any updated Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with the updated terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and any applicable withdrawal of your balance.
